Journey to Love

Our matchmaking and coaching programs usually start by reflecting on, and learning from, ones life story and experiences of love before mapping out the ideal relationship of the future. Here, we have put together an e-course to guide you through just that.

Content:

First we do a life journey exercise, outlining the ups and downs of life thus far to understand what is important to us know and makes sense of our story from the lens of today. Then we do a relationship review, reflecting on the relationships of the past to understand the patterns we might fall into and hopefully, uncover our core relationship needs.

Finally we visualise the dream relationship of the future. Taking the time explore all the dimension of our ideal relationship and to connect with what it feels like to have the love we desire.

Format:

The course, is a combination of short videos, text and audio guides with PDF handouts, created and delivered by the matchmakers at Lemarc Thomas Matchmaking.

You can do this in your own time, some people might take an hour to do each exercise, otherwise by indulge themselves over a half a day. It’s up to you.

These reflections are powerful. This is what we do to get our clients ‘ready’ for love - it’s a way of processing the stuff in the past, creating meaning, understanding ourselves and what we need, and, setting the intention for that future love. We hope you enjoy it.
